PETRIKOR LLC ("Petrikor", "we") manufactures vehicles, transport equipment, tools and drivetrain components, treats and machines metal, and trades vehicle parts, household goods and agricultural machinery wholesale. This policy explains how we handle personal data, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Customers and suppliers
Business contacts, drawings and specifications, orders, delivery records and invoices. Drawings are confidential technical information of the customer; they are accessed only by engineers and production staff working on the order.
3. Vehicle buyers
For trailers and vehicles that require registration, we issue documents containing the buyer's details as required for road certification and registration.
4. Plant visitors and contractors
Visitors and contractors are registered with name, company and time of visit and receive a safety briefing. Production areas are monitored by CCTV for safety; recordings are kept for 30 days.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (product certification, vehicle registration documents, tax, occupational safety), legitimate interests (plant security, quality traceability).
6. Recipients
Carriers, certification bodies, registration authorities where required, coating subcontractors (part data only), tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
- Production and quality records: 10 years for traceability.
- Drawings: for the duration of supply plus 3 years, or returned on request.
- Visitor logs: 1 year; CCTV 30 days.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
